. Activities include project capital budgeting, real estate financial planning, coordination of permanent and construction financing and securing of grant and government financing incentives. It also seeks to create and manage debt and equity investment funds through community development finance that will be used to raise capital for HMG Neighborhoods
. HMG Financial staff work with all members of the project team to secure and manage HMG Neighborhood
project funding from national and local lenders and investors. HMG Facilities Management Services provide facilities management services during the operations of
HMG Neighborhood
s. Activities include site and property management, building and ground maintenance, site security and other on-site service, utlities and amenities upkeep, marketing and leasing functions and HMG Neighborhood
policy enforcement. HMG Facilities Management staff works with the local church and ministries owners of HMG Neighborhood
facilities to steward and manage the physical assets and property of the HMG Neighborhood
