Property Management Ministries

NFHM is currently working with Beckett Development (CO) and the Christian Outreach Ministries Enterprise to establish property management ministry training programs within universities, seminaries and Bible colleges throughout the country. The goal is to train and equip ministers to share God's love in residential housing complexes in the role of an on-site property manager.

Students will be taught apartment management and maintenance courses along with evangelism and outreach. During their internship program, they will manage a local
apartment building and learn the skills for effective property management and ministry hands-on. This training in a profitable trade will equip graduates with a heart for service employed in ministry for a lifetime.

The program will also benefit the training institution by providing:
1. Living facilities for students
2. Work for the student body
3. Ministry outreach opportunities
4. Positive public relations for the school
5. Extra income for the institution through property management opportunities.

Apartment complex owners will benefit from being able to hire trained, honest, dedicated managers and maintenance people. The training institutions will maintain a placement center and continuing education in this field. Residents will benefit from increased security and a safer, more enjoyable place to live due the blessing of a caring and concerned on-site property manager in the complex.
