What we do

HMG provides support to local churches and ministry groups to help them promote and develop  HMG Neighborhoods and serve the neighborhoods they live in.    HMG partners with these local churches and families to support their ministries expressed through HMG Neighborhoods.

HMG provides vision planning support with training and process facilitation to groups led by the Holy Spirit to establish 
HMG Neighborhood
s.  HMG shares best-practice development ideas and connects potential residents and forming groups with each other and with existing 
HMG Neighborhoods
.  HMG is committed to the Biblical principles underlying the 
HMG Neighborhood
 concept and vision.

HMG provides technical assistance through our group of service companies in the following specific areas:  real estate development, legal, architectural design, construction, real estate finance, community development, neighborhood outreach, asset management and facility management.  
HMG can help facilitate the start
of a fruitful process towards establishing a successful 
HMG Neighborhood
. 
HMG is staffed and led by professionals with specialized expertise in each of these areas.
HMG is committed to empowering local leaders in the 
HMG Neighborhood
 development process.  HMG provide access to the training, technical assistance, and development tools to equip local ministry groups in answering their calling to establish an 
HMG Neighborhood
.  The local ministry groups are expected to take the leadership role throughout the process, with the goal of developing their own expertise and experience in order to replicate and assist others in the process.
